Probate Court

While still under the guidelines of the Supreme Court of Georgia's Judicial Emergency Order, the Gwinnett County Probate Court began to safely re-open our offices on Monday, June 15, 2020. We strongly encourage customers to submit requests for birth, death, and marriage certificates by mail or by using our drop box.
