Filing Continuances

Court dates may be continued by the defendant personally signing a continuance of arraignment form. The form is available at the Recorder's Court Clerk's Office. Office hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The continuance form must be completed prior to the defendant's court date. Only one continuance request can be granted by the Recorder's Court Clerk's office.

Court dates for Gwinnett County Code Ordinance violation cannot be continued without the Judge's approval.
