The Judges of Gwinnett State Court are accepting applications for the full-time appointed position of Gwinnett County Recorder's Court Judge to fill the unexpired term of Judge Michael Greene, on or about May 24, 2021 through December 31, 2023.

Applicants shall possess the same qualifications as the Judges of the State Court of Gwinnett County. Specifically, a qualified applicant shall:

(a) Be a resident of Gwinnett County;
(b) Have been a resident of the state for the three (3) years preceding the beginning of the appointed term;
(c) Be a least 25 years of age on the date the appointed term begins;
(d) Have been admitted to the practice of law for at least seven (7) years; and
(e) Be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
