What if you received a summons?

You were randomly selected by computer to serve as a juror. You will receive a jury summons in the mail indicating a specific date and time to appear for jury duty. If your jury number is in the range to report, you should arrive at the justice and administration building on the date and time specified on the summons. Be sure to detach the yellow badge portion of the summons and bring it with you. When you arrive at the justice and administration building, you will go though metal detection devices and enter the jury assembly room where your yellow badge will be scanned to check you in for that day. You may not bring in newspapers, cellphones, beepers etc... these items will need to be checked in at the clerks desk. You may bring magazines, work papers, or books. Phones and an analog phone line is a supplied for notebook computer dial-up connections.
