New Domestic Case Initiation and Disposition Forms

House Bill 369 makes many changes in the handling of child custody cases effective January 1, 2008. One of those changes includes new Domestic Case Initiation and Disposition forms containing additional data. These forms must be completed by the party or their attorney and delivered to the clerk at the time of the original filing, and at the time of filing the final judgment and decree.
